Here’s a list of the classes we offer throughout the year. Please check the schedule for the classes we’re currently offered. We offer a combination of in-person, virtual (zoom), and recorded classes.
PROPS – In conjunction with Covid Protocols, please bring your own props to yoga classes, to reduce the chance of illness.

BUTTS N’ GUTS: Class designed to target the waistline, thighs, and glutes while helping to prevent injury and promote resilience. In this class, you tone the body, increase strength, and improves daily functional performance. All levels welcome. No experience necessary. Click for equipment needs and more.

CHAIR YOGA: Sometimes seated, sometimes standing,  using a chair for Yoga helps provide stability and lets you experience poses differently. The practice of Yoga improves your overall wellness, helps prevent injuries, promotes flexibility, and reduces negative stress. All levels welcome. No experience necessary. FLOOR FLOW: The perfect way to begin your week!  Class, conducted entirely on the floor with no stress on the wrists, shoulders, or knees, uses creative combinations and sequences to awaken, lengthen muscles and gently prepare the body for the week ahead. The class takes a slow and flowing approach and incorporates the seated and reclined postures of yoga to inspire a sense of freedom in the hips, shoulders, and spine.  All levels welcome. LINE DANCING: Class will resume later in the year. Learn popular line dances as you tone your body through an enjoyable way to move your body! What a fun way to work out! All levels welcome. No experience necessary.

MOVEMENT AS MEDICINE: A body in motion stays in motion! Class incorporates yoga, anatomy, kinesiology, and physical therapy-inspired movements to proactively promote wellness. Breathwork and mediation are incorporated to inspire healing. Consistent participation can help soothe discomfort caused by chronic conditions and movement disorders like arthritis. This is a beautiful way to start your week!

PILATES: This class uses the most effective Pilates exercises to tone your body, and strengthen your core. A great complement to a cardio regime, and yoga practice. All levels welcome. No experience necessary. A yoga mat or a beach towel is recommended. Yoga blanket optional.

PIYO FUSION:  Class combines the best training techniques from several modalities: Pilates, yoga, dance, cardio, and resistance training, rolled up into one effective class! POUND®:  (Not currently offered.) Sweat, Sculpt, & ROCK with POUND! Pound® is a full-body cardio workout inspired by the energizing fun of drumming! All levels welcome. No experience necessary. Not offered this month. Click for equipment needs and more.

PUMP IT UP: Incorporating various barre, pilates, toning, and weightlifting principles, this class uses a combo of hand-held weights and props to sculpt lean muscle and build strength, and promote all-over physical conditioning. It’s like weightlifting to music! Strong focus on alignment and lengthening muscles to promote optimum movement. Build resilience and help prevent repetitive stress injuries! All levels welcome. RESTORATIVE YOGA: (Not currently offered.) Relax and renew with a combination of slow, gentle-moving seated/reclined Yoga postures deeply supported by blankets, blocks, or other props. Positions are held for several minutes at a time to inspire relaxation. Guided meditation is incorporated into this practice. All levels welcome. No experience necessary.

R.I.P. FUSION: This popular class uses weights and other training techniques to tone your body leading towards peak condition. Class incorporates orthopedic strength training to tone your body so you can resist injury. All levels welcome. No experience necessary.

SLOW FLOW YOGA: (Not currently offered.) A slow-paced vinyasa flow yoga class that requires the ability to get up and down off the floor. Standing and sitting postures are used interchangeably. Modifications will be offered to accommodate all levels of practitioners. Experience is helpful but not required. 2 blocks, 1 long strap required. Bolster/blanket optional.

SPIN CLASS: A well-paced, lively group cycling class uses stationary bikes in a classroom setting. Focuses on cycling fundamentals, cardio health & overall fitness!

SPIN PUMP: An interval-style combination class that focuses on conditioning exercises and cardio training on stationary bikes. An effective and fun workout! Pounds melt away while you tone your arms! Some classes are 45 minutes, some are 1 hour.

STEP CLASS: Burn calories and tone your body while you have fun moving! Feel free to eliminate the step and do a low-impact class instead. Class burns calories and relieves stress! A great compliment to weight-loss regimes!

WALL YIN YOGA: Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga rooted in traditional Chinese medicine. Poses are held (in stillness) for approximately 5-10 minutes and use the floor and wall. Meditation as well as various breathing techniques are incorporated to detoxify and soothe the body, mind, and spirit.  You’re welcome to add an optional heating pad or heated throw for additional therapeutic benefits. The practice improves joint function, creates resilience, improves flexibility and skin tone, and touts many anti-aging benefits! All levels welcome; no experience needed. Having access to legs up the wall is recommended, although a class can be done seated on the floor.

YIN TO RESTORE: (Not currently offered.) Class uses a combination of Yin, Restorative Yoga, and meditation to soothe the mind, body, and spirit. Perfect for those who want to peacefully reduce negative stress while gaining flexibility in a slow-paced class. Please bring your own mat, bolster, and blanket. Props are not offered due to Covid protocols. All levels welcome; no experience needed.

YOGA FUSION: Start your day with a fusion of yoga and gentle morning stretches that help awakens your body and spirit. Class incorporates several yoga modalities and basic stretching techniques to begin your day safely. All levels welcome. Various props may be used.

YOGALATES: A combination of Yoga poses and Pilates combined into one class. Perfect for those who want to build core strength and maintain flexibility. Please bring your own mat and blankets. All levels welcome.

YOGA MEDICINE: Think of this class as moving physical therapy! Specific sequences are used to promote spinal health and improve joint function. The entire class is conducted on the floor. Great for golfers, cyclists, runners, or those suffering from conditions like arthritis, and chronic back/hip pain. Reduces harmful stress and promotes physical wellness and emotional healing. ZUMBA® (In-person only): Dance to the upbeat world rhythms with easy-to-follow choreography for a total body workout that feels like a celebration. All levels welcome.

ZUMBA® TONE (In-person only): If you enjoy Zumba, but want an upper body workout, give this class a try! Fuse fitness with dance! It’s so much fun; you won’t even know your working out! Toning sticks supplied and sanitized. All levels welcome.

Our experienced instructors teach to all ability levels and offer modifications in all classes. Please make your instructor aware of any injuries, or physical conditions/challenges before class starts. Check with your physician before beginning any exercise regime.
